What is a Spiritual Vitamin?

A Spiritual Vitamin is not to be understood, it’s okay if you do, but it’s not necessary.  The Vitamins will do their work whether you understand them or not and actually it’s probably better if you are a little confused by some of them.

In a sense, they are like the multi-vitamins many of us take as a part of our wellness regimen, we don't know where each vitamin or mineral in it goes, we just trust that they will go to the place they need to.

Spiritual Vitamins work in a similar fashion, instead of addressing our physical well being they address our spiritual or being, well being.

Rather than talk about them, here is what I suggest;  take the daily Spiritual Vitamin, twice a day, and read it first thing upon rising and last thing before turning out the lights.  That's all, simplicity itself.  Take them and go about your day or night.  At the end of the year begin again.

Take them for at least 30 days and if you and/or your friends do not notice some (usually) subtle change, then chalk it up to just another attempted spiritual experience in a long trail of spiritual searching.  Most will not even last for 30 days but you can.  Even when the mind screams that nothing is happening soldier on.  And the mind will scream advice because the longer you take your Vitamins, the more threatened the mind will become.  Remember, you are not your mind, you are That which gives the mind its existence, and to help you see this, is the purpose of the Vitamins.

If you miss a day, then do not go back and read the day you missed, simply pick up on the present day.  Do not skip ahead or go back.  If you should be traveling and forget your book, then check into the internet like you are now and read the Vitamin for the day. In time, you will find the Spiritual Vitamins are your favorite spiritual companion and the only one you will ever need.
