Pain is the gift that brings the possibility of total surrender. It is the easy way, not the difficult way, as it appears to be. There is not a way out of pain, there is only through it. You can continue to attempt a way out, as you have been doing and as all of your ancestors have been doing for Millennia to no avail, or you can finally Hear these words. The way Home is not around the illusion, it is through it. Home is in the Present Moment. Where else could it be? Time and pain are bound together; one cannot exist without the other. In the Present Moment there is no time. In the Present Moment there is no pain. In the Present Moment there is no you.
