When all is gone and you find yourself alone, Know that what was here before you were born and what will remain after the self identity is no more, has not moved. This one unchanging, everlasting Self is you refuge. Take refuge in yourSelf. "For I will be with you always even onto the end of your days." And then there will no longer be a need for refuge, as you Realize that you were It all along.
