July 4th - Day 185

Fear will eventually be faced by one and all on the day the body sighs its last breath or before.  We have a choice to continue believing in the story we have been born into and join the herd in attempting to find more and more solutions where there is no problem, or begin to question the story and all of its conclusions - to question in Stillness.  To begin to Know that the body/mind/personality is finite, is a beginning.  To look upon those who are in pain or are dying, without fear for them or yourself, is a beginning.
