You cannot help the fact that you are reading this. You have no choice in the matter, simply because you have no choice in anything at all. Your imagination tells you that you can stop reading this and you can, but you cannot stop that thought. You cannot prevent one single thing from happening. Look back at some of the most significant turning points in your life. Pick one or two. Look back and see if you truly had a choice in the decision you made. See if you were in control of the events that led up to your decision. Were you the one who placed every person and every event in place so you could make that crucial decision? Every single thing you ever did in your life has led you to sitting here, reading this.
