Be willing to die by beginning to loosen your grip on your possessions. Your possessions include not only the people you are in a relationship with and not only your material possessions such as house, car, clothes and money, but also, your spiritual possessions such as your belief systems vis-a-vis god, heaven, paths, right and wrong. In a sense, you begin to become naked. Things no longer stick to you or you to them. You accept, beyond the concept of acceptance, everything that comes your way.
