Truth can be absolutely ruthless and it is at its most ruthless when we are hanging tightly onto our story. Many of us do not want to give up our story, our soap opera, because we have invested our whole life in it and to begin to find out that our investment has returned only suffering is too much for some people to handle. As always, the choice is between Truth and illusion.
