One who has given up the need to obey the mind's every command and has begun to Realize the Peace that passes understanding, has also begun to notice changes in one's lifestyle. One may have further noticed that one didn't have to do anything to initiate the change, it just naturally happens. Realization of Peace brings with it an effortless way of being.
