One can Realize Truth in the middle of a war, in the middle of a storm or in a quiet forest. True Peace is always available for the Realizing. It is only relative peace, the peace that comes and goes, that has requirements such as needing silence or quiet, needing an ideal environment, needing others to be different from what they are. True Peace, the Peace that passes understanding (passes the mind because the mind can't know It) has no requirements - Its simply Is.
